Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion
“Our ability to reach unity in diversity will be the beauty and the test of our civilization.”
~ Mahatma Gandhi
At Mountainside Wellness we recognize there are populations that often have more difficulty accessing quality mental health services. Members of the Indigenous, BIPOC, 2SLGBTQIA+, disabled, and neurodivergent communities face hardships in our society that lead to systemic and financial barriers in health care, food security, housing, employment, and justice.
Our investment in equity, diversity, and inclusion begins with a foundational commitment to remove as many barriers as possible to our services, including financial barriers.
We invite those in the Indigenous, BIPOC, 2SLGBTQIA+, disabled, and neurodivergent communities to contact us to discuss how we can make Mountainside Wellness a part of your mental health community.
